Print/download the below form to submit a person  for consideration to receive the Degree of Royal Purple.

Nominees must be a Majority Member of JDI and at least 25 years of age. This person should have shown outstanding service to the Order.

Nominations may be made by the nominees Bethel, a daughter member of JDI, Exectuvie member of a BGC member, or member of the ILJD GGC.

​

Nominations made by ILJD daughters must also contain a signature of an Executive member of the Bethel Guardian Council. Recommendations must be included by 4 adults who are not family members with first-hand knowledge of the nominees contributions.

Nominations are due by April 15, 2019 to Jamie Pratt.
