The Hearing Improvement Kids Endowment (HIKE) Fund is the official philanthropic project of Job’s Daughters International. This not-for-profit charity provides grants for hearing devices to children in need. Our Illinois Daughter HIKE Coordinator, along with her committee, has the job of raising money for and awareness of The HIKE Fund, Inc. She is selected through an application and interview process where candidates share their reason for wanting to serve as Illinois Daughter HIKE Coordinator, what their goals would be, and how they would accomplish their goals.
