Bethels & Individuals are responsible for making their own reservations this year. Please note, this is different from years past. 

 

 

At check in, someone from your Bethel will need a Credit Card to cover any incidental fees for all the rooms for your Bethel. Bethels may pay with a check for the total amount of all assigned rooms for your Bethel.

All rooms have :

• Refrigerators, Microwaves, and Coffee Makers.

• Free WiFi in the hotel and Convention Center for the entire week

 

And there is an indoor pool for downtime!
