The HIKE fund is a not for profit charity that is the philanthropic project of Job's Daughters International. The Fund is staffed entirely by unpaid volunteers and is able to assist families with their requests only by donations. HIKE Fund assists families of children between the ages of newborn and 20 years old who are unable to meet this financial need. About 100 children are provided hearing devices every year in the United States and Canada through the HIKE Fund.
